Doodle Homes

Doodle Homes is a dream project designed by nature, built around budding friendships, and with the goal of fostering a community-driven lifestyle on 6 acres of land.

Our story is a post pandemic one. The need for a home away from the urban pace became a necessity. And we decided to deliver. Our mission is to envision a place where dreams come true and lifestyles change, inspiring hobbies.

We are from Chembur in Maharashtra comprising of 3 main companies coming together.

A chartered accountant with an experience of 15 years in real estate. Yashodhan is one of the pioneers of the renowned “Sandu Developers” in Mumbai. He brings in his comprehensive understanding of the space along with innovation and seamless operational efficiency across all projects. Having him on board ensures piquing a continuous pursuit for creating the next big thing. With the legacy of a strong family background, he carries forward the mantle of his illustrious family name to bring about a revolutionary change in the real estate sector. They are collectively nurturing a community of progress and prosperity.

Sumit Dhirwani

Sumit Dhirwani

Being a traveller and an explorer, Sumit co-founded “Swift Vacations”. He brings with him his passion to enjoy the journey and the destination. He is well-travelled and has explored different corners of the world, seeped in different cultures, and met many people from different communities. Having him on board in this project ensures an out-of-world experience with grandeur and luxury.

Maahi Karani

Maahi Karani

A financial expert with wide experience in the field, Maahi brings her expertise in handling the finances of the project and a nuanced skill to keep the day-to-day operations running and authentic. She is a go getter and acquires everything she desires! Maahi is well conversant with RERA and its technical aspects.

Ashish Karani

Ashish Karani

A civil engineer and having taught at the esteemed college VJTI, Ashish brings in his experience of 15 years. He co-founded “5th Avenue Habitat”. His expertise lies in proving a high level of service to his clients with aesthetics and superior craftsmanship which is delivered in every project he leads. He brings discipline and precision, and having him on board ensures that the project is in experienced hands, developed without any hurdles, and delivered promptly.
